My name is Alex Gibson. I am a current IFBB Pro and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has completely transformed nearly 500 lives, both mentally and physically!

When Marvin came to me looking for 1-on-1 coaching help, he was working out consistently 5x per week, doing plenty or cardio, and even worked with a trainer in the past! Even with all of his prior efforts, dollars spent, and previous trainers, he still wasn't getting the results he desired. The Process
One of the first things I instilled into Marvin is to adopt my key teaching principal, working hard starts Today, Not Tomorrow! My teaching allowed him to work smarter with adaptable plans at his fingertips to seamlessly change plans with progress gained.
Marvin's starting weight was 137 lbs and was eating roughly 1860 calories / day.
I worked with Marvin to increase both his calorie intake and intensity in the gym. He was eating more, but working harder than ever in the gym! He was focusing on eating whole real foods and keeping highly processed garbage to a minimum. When in the gym, I put him on a plan that focused on STRENGTH so he could really add as much mass to his frame as possible.
The Result
At the end of our 10 week program, Marvin's weight was 133.6 lbs. and his calorie intake was 2894 calories / day! My coaching lead Marvin to having both the best muscle definition he's ever had as well as being the STRONGEST he's ever been. Weight gained no longer went straight to his stomach. Even though Marvin had been lifting for the past 25 years, after only 10 weeks with me he is truly now in the best shape of his life! Our body's react the best with hard work, done in a smart way.

Yes! Clients of mine are all ages, with most of my 1-on-1 clients ranging from their 30s - 50s, I've even had a few in their 60s! There is no right or wrong age. Humans all have the same muscles and the same mental principals can generally apply to everyone.
Obviously, each case is different whether someone cutting, bulking, trying to maintain weight, ect. But you don't need to worry about that, that's where my expertise will lead you right down path.
Yes, realistically, you 100% can.
What I teach isn't rocket science or some internet fad. It is tried and true information that has worked 500 times over.
But, I have to warn you. It will be hard by yourself. You will procrastinate. You will get distracted and discouraged and keep waiting for some random milestone in life like the New Year to "push your start date to".
I don't want that for you. I want you to succeed and sincerely change your life for the better. So instead of doing it all by yourself, why not join a community of people in the exact same shoes as you lead by a person who has walk the exact same path you're about to embark on?
